Initial ResearchPosted: February 23, 2015
Designing for children I felt it was important to gain a good understanding of how children may view things differently to an adult, for example if colours represent the same thing. All the different sources of research that I found gave different information, one source would say that blue encouraged happiness while another source would say it was connected to sadness. Receiving this mixed information made me realise that I just needed to use colours that were showing on the trend forecast sites. After all, it is the parents of the children that need to be first attracted to these designs.
