Describing a Process!!!Posted: November 1, 2013
In this session we looked at different ways to be creative while describing a process. We took simple everyday tasks such as getting dressed and rather then just writing out step by step we made fun quick drawings to represent what how we go about the task.
It is effective because just at a glance you know straight away what the process is, and it is more interesting to look at the drawing then it is to read step by step. Also the more simple and characterised the drawings are the better effect it gives, so there is no pressure to produce complex intricate drawings which means it is quick to make.
It was helpful being given direction on how to make tasks such as this more creative. Sometimes I feel I get an overload of to much writing and explaining myself, and it is refreshing to see to be shown how I am able to be more creative with tasks such as this.
